The goal of this project was to create an efficient and aesthetic workspace. Along with that goal was another, grasping how to curate a space that follows ADA regulations and follows all IBC regulations.

This course required an in-depth research and study on ADA and IBC. By doing this, I was able to gain the skills in order to be aware in all selections, space planning, and all other parts of the design process when it comes to ADA and IBC.

Proper implication of ADA and IBC regulations within a project, in my opinion, ensures a successful end result for the client, the design brand, and all those who come in contact with the built environment.

I am thrilled I got the opportunity to spend time studying these areas of design, then showcase them on this building.
